Terms of Use

Rules applicable to accessing the site, the account and DalyTrac features.

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Use define the conditions for accessing and the rules for using the DalyTrac site, the client area and the management application (projects, time, invoicing and reporting).

2. Publisher identity

DalyTrac is published by BME SRL, located at Rue Colonel Bourg 127-129, 1140 Bruxelles (Belgique), registered under company number BCE 0823.758.741 (VAT BE 0823.758.741). Contact: support@dalytrac.com.

3. Acceptance and applicable version

Using the services implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The user accepts the version in force as published when accessing the site or signing in to the application.

4. Access and technical requirements

The user is solely responsible for the compatibility of their setup. DalyTrac is a web application available from a modern browser with an internet connection; no installation is required.

5. Account creation and security

Creating an account is required to use DalyTrac: the administrator creates the company, its collaborators and their roles. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.

Any suspicious activity or loss of credentials must be reported immediately to support@dalytrac.com.

6. Free trial period

DalyTrac offers a 15-day free trial, with no commitment, with all features and an unlimited number of users. The trial does not trigger any tacit subscription: when it ends, access is suspended until a plan is chosen and paid.

7. Subscriptions and permitted uses

After the trial, using DalyTrac requires a paid subscription among Solo (1 user), Starter (up to 3 users), Premium (up to 10 users) and Pro (unlimited users) plans. Secure payment is processed by Stripe.

It is strictly forbidden to bypass access control mechanisms, share one account between several individuals, or redistribute access to unauthorized third parties.

8. Availability, maintenance and support

The publisher strives to keep the site and application available. Temporary interruptions for technical maintenance or updates may occur. Support is available via the contact page or by email.

9. Intellectual property

The DalyTrac software, its documentation, trademark and graphic content remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Users keep exclusive ownership of the data they enter (projects, time, documents).

10. Suspension and termination of access

The publisher reserves the right to suspend account access in the event of a serious breach of these terms, proven fraudulent use or repeated payment failures. Data may be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy.

11. Warranties and liability

DalyTrac is a professional aid for project management and profitability reporting. Professional users remain solely responsible for the final review of their invoices and business documents.

12. Final provisions

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law (Brussels courts).
