2. Scope and customer eligibility

These Terms of Sale apply to any subscription order and provision of the DalyTrac application.

DalyTrac services are primarily intended for professionals and companies managing projects, working time and invoicing for their business needs (B2B).

3. Description of the offering

DalyTrac is online management software (SaaS): projects and sub-projects, tasks and teams, time tracking, budgets and expenses, quotes, invoicing and reporting dashboards. No installation is required: the application runs in a modern browser.

DalyTrac is provided as a subscription, after a 15-day free trial with no commitment, with all features and an unlimited number of users.

4. Prices, taxes and fees

Subscription prices are shown in euros (€): Solo at €19, Starter at €29, Premium at €49 and Pro at €99 per month, depending on the number of users.

Applicable VAT is determined by the customer’s tax situation (including intra-EU reverse charge for taxable persons) and applied at online checkout. Prices shown on the pricing page prevail.

5. Ordering process

Users order directly online by choosing the plan matching their team size (Solo, Starter, Premium or Pro), then proceed to secure payment.

The order is confirmed and validated once these Terms are accepted and payment is received. An invoice is automatically issued and emailed.

6. Payment and invoicing

Payment is due in full when ordering, by bank card via the secure Stripe payment platform.

A detailed invoice is made available to the user as soon as the transaction is completed.

7. Activation and delivery

After payment confirmation, application access is activated immediately on the company account, for the purchased period and the number of users of the chosen plan.

As an online application, no physical delivery or installation is required.

8. Duration, renewal and termination

Subscriptions are granted for the exact period purchased by the user. Depending on the chosen renewal preference (automatic or manual), the subscription is renewed or expires with no imposed tacit renewal.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their management area; if the account is deleted, all company data may be permanently erased.

9. Right of withdrawal

For business customers (B2B), under applicable commercial law, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Any validated order is firm and final upon activation.

To let users try the software without risk, DalyTrac offers a 15-day free trial with no commitment.

10. Compliance, support and liability

DalyTrac is professional assistance for project management, time tracking and invoicing. Users remain solely responsible for the final review of their invoices and business documents.

In the event of a proven technical malfunction of the software, the publisher’s liability is strictly limited to the amount of the subscription period concerned.

11. Personal data and processors

Data collected to manage your order and invoicing is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Any complaint about an order must be sent to support@dalytrac.com.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the French-speaking courts of the Brussels judicial district (Belgium) have jurisdiction.
